1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CST) will be processed on the next business day.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays and weather conditions.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

  • Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the provided link.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • FearlesslyFree is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can assist you in filing a claim.

6. Address Accuracy & Order Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  • If you need to modify your order or shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.
